Methodology
Our Three-Step Testing Procedure

Level Matching
Before any recording, all gear under test is meticulously level-matched to a consistent reference. This critical step eliminates volume bias, ensuring fair and accurate comparisons of sonic characteristics.

Synchronous Capture
Audio is captured simultaneously from all test subjects using synchronized high-resolution converters. This process guarantees that every raw WAV file is perfectly aligned in time, preserving phase relationships and transient accuracy.

Raw WAV Export
The captured audio is exported directly as uncompressed 24-bit 96kHz WAV files. No post-processing, no compression, no platform-induced artifacts—just the pure, raw signal for your unbiased evaluation.
